So we come to the conclusion that we are the Atman & not the body. Do not forget it at any time. Ram nam will enable us to reach this consciousness because we are taking the name of the Atman. By repeating the name of the Atman we will attain consciousness that we are Atman. It is a simple process.

God is not far away anywhere in Temples or in the heavens. We are HE. It is the central idea we should have before we start the Sadhana. We will find that we and HE are not different.

We are the breath of his breath, Soul of his soul, Life of his Life, He is ourself.

“I went in search of him

and found I am HE.”
